Loyalty numbers that survive a Monday stand-up.

Feature Routecore trains product, CRM, and retail analytics leads to read Loyalty Program App Analytics without treating a vanity tile as a strategy.

The flagship artefact is a leakage map — not another NPS sparkline. Sit in the eleven-week studio or read the Atlas first.

What people actually keep after week eleven

“The redeem-path lab forced us to admit our ‘active member’ tile mixed guests who only opened a push.”
Mali S. · CRM lead, Bangkok grocery app
Week four is heavy. I would not call the leakage maps light reading. We still paste that sheet into every Monday briefing.
Client in travel loyalty, Phuket
“Atlas naming rules stopped our mid-year app rewrite from orphaning six months of redeem events.”
Arthit P. · product analytics, Chonburi
Programmes

Desks, labs, and the flagship studio

Each programme is built around a live loyalty-app question: redeem drift, cohort leakage, event naming, or Thai retail stacks that stitch LINE, CRM, and in-app events.

What you actually practise

Four habits that keep analytics honest

Separate guests from members

Most loyalty dashboards quietly mix anonymous app opens with carded members. We teach a split that marketing cannot accidentally roll back after a campaign week.

Read drift before spend

Redeem-rate drift after a burst is not “seasonality” until you have checked windowing, expiry, and store-level stock-outs. The studio treats drift as a diagnostic, not a slogan.

Map leakage on paper first

Before anyone opens Looker or a vendor tile, you draw where earn, burn, and lapse actually leave the funnel. The paper map is the artefact Thai operators keep pinning to the wall.

Name events for a rewrite

App teams change screen names. Analytics should not. The Atlas taxonomy survives LINE mini-app swaps and native rebuilds without inventing a second history.

The studio

Taught from Bang Lamung, written for Thai stacks

We sit on 2nd Road in Pattaya, but the programmes assume the messy reality of Thai retail loyalty: LINE OA, in-app wallets, mall CRM exports, and partner vouchers that expire on a public holiday. Pedagogy is short lecture, long artefact. You leave with maps and naming rules, not a slide deck of industry averages.

Bring a live loyalty question, not a blank dashboard.

If you already run a programme in Thailand or nearby, write with a specific leak — redeem drift, guest inflation, or a rewrite that broke event names. We reply within two working days.
