Refunds
How Feature Routecore handles refunds and cancellations for paid programmes. Fees on this site are informational; refunds apply only after an invoice has been paid.
Eligibility
Refunds are available to the person or company named on the invoice. Seats transferred to a colleague before week one are not refunds; they are substitutions and should be requested in writing.
Timeframe
Full refund requests for Studio Term, Redeem Path Lab, Event Taxonomy Workshop, Thai Retail Pulse, and Churn Window Reading must reach us at least fourteen calendar days before the first live session. Reader Desk full refunds must be requested within seven days of access being granted and before more than two recordings have been opened. Atlas Field Note full refunds must be requested at least five days before the booked day.
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel inside the windows above, we refund 100% of the programme fee. After those windows, Studio Term may receive a 40% partial refund if fewer than three live sessions have run and no marked map has been returned. After three live sessions, or after a marked artefact is returned, Studio Term fees are non-refundable except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise. Operator Bench is priced per team: cancellation fourteen or more days before the first desk day is a full refund; later cancellation is a 30% partial refund if no desk day has started, otherwise non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Travel to Bang Lamung, third-party vendor licences, and custom data-cleaning work outside the published syllabus are non-refundable. A no-show without notice is non-refundable. Reader Desk after two recordings have been opened is non-refundable.
Process
Email info@feature-routecore.digital with the invoice number, programme name, and whether you want a refund or a deferral to a later term. Deferrals, when granted, hold the paid fee for one subsequent intake within twelve months.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within fifteen working days. We return funds by the original payment method where the bank allows it; otherwise by Thai bank transfer to the invoiced entity. Currency conversion differences and inbound bank fees charged by your bank are not added back.
Cancellation by the studio
If Feature Routecore cancels a term, you receive a full refund or a seat on the next intake, at your choice. If a tutor is ill and we substitute another Feature Routecore tutor, that is not a cancellation.
Exceptions
Serious illness documented before week three of Studio Term may be considered for deferral even after the standard window. We do not refund because a leakage map retired a vanity tile you liked, or because SQL drills were lighter than you hoped — that limitation is stated on the syllabus.
